Welcome to Century Farm Eco-Market
The history of Johnson’s Century Farm dates back to 1882 when Dale’s great-great grandfather moved to the present location and cleared 60 acres of land to begin farming.
Dairy cattle were soon purchased and for the next 5 generations, were the main source of income. When Dale began transitioning into organic production in 1995, he had already added vegetable production to the dairy operation and a new era in direct marketing from the farm was born.
This new store, Century Farm Eco-Market, is a combination of new and old, bringing together the time proven efficiencies of local food production from the past and incorporating new technologies in small processing techniques. The food here is fresh, local, and when possible, certified organic. Our commitment is to support local farmers by marketing any value added product they may have, and to offer our customers the convenience of a one-stop shopping store where they can fulfill all their food needs on a year-round basis, just like the old fashioned local general stores used to be!
Sincerely,
Dale & Pam Johnson
