Dale has his roots firmly embedded in agriculture.
Being born and raised on the family farm, he has experienced everything from dairy farming to large vegetable production to small scale marketing as well as CSA and direct sales.
His work as Wisconsin Chapter Administrator for the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) based in Lincoln, NE from 2001-2006 taught him the organic production system methods from top to bottom.
As a certified organic producer himself since 1998, he has learned to take these methods and adapt them to the soil and weather conditions of Northeast Wisconsin which is the trade mark of every good organic farmer.

Pam moved to Wisconsin from Louisville, Kentucky in 2006. She brings a wealth of information and passion for cooking with her as she has grown up with that southern flair for food. Her culinary expertise that incorporates the use of herbs and other ingredients is beyond just healthy……… it’s down right delicious!!!!
